Issue with Rank Math Plugin and Avada Theme

    Dear Rank Math Support Team,
    I hope this message finds you well. My name is Alessandro and I am writing to you regarding a problem I have been encountering with the Rank Math plugin on my WordPress site.
    Every time I open the Rank Math plugin, my Avada theme seems to crash. The system initiates the shortcode conversion and then a fatal error appears on the frontend. This issue occurs frequently, particularly when we attempt to set a link redirect in rank math
    Here are the error logs that might help you understand the issue better:

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this could be caused by conflicting plugins/theme with Rank Math.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I have noticed some incompatibility issues when the Redirection module in Rank Math is active. It seems to cause problems with the Avada theme, leading to crashes and other unexpected behaviors. To mitigate this, I am considering deactivating the Redirection module.
    Before proceeding, I wanted to confirm if simply deactivating the Redirection module would be sufficient to prevent any future issues with the Avada theme. Would this action have any unintended consequences or is there a better solution you could recommend?

    We haven’t received similar issues from other Rank Math users with the Avada theme installed.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
