    Greetings,

    I had multiple AI Content Credits under my account that disappeared on Sept.24, 2023. I know I didn’t renew the subscription since I had credits left to use.

    Is this the way it works at Rank Math?

    We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your Content AI credits. Unused credits do not carry over to the following month and will expire at the same time. This means that any unused words or credits in a given month will not roll over to the next month and will expire/renew at the same time.
