Credits unavailable

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Rank Math account, which you’ve used to purchase the Content AI credits.
2. Navigate to the Websites section from the left sidebar to check if the credits are available under your account. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
   

If you are unable to see the credits under your account, please ensure that you are logged in with the correct account that was used to purchase the credits.

If the credits are available under your account but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

After reconnecting your Rank Math account, head over to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count again.
