We can see the PRO subscription is already available on this account you opened this ticket with.

Rank Math PRO is built on top of the basic version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You’ll need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so that the PRO version will work. So if you haven’t already go to your Rank Math PRO account https://rankmath.com/my-account/ and download, install, and activate the Rank Math PRO plugin in addition to the basic version already on the site.

You can go through this short video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the Disconnect Account button and then the Connect Now button.

You will be taken to RankMath.com again, where you can connect your account to activate your license.
