Yes, the table of contents is already appearing on your page.
However, Rank Math’s content analysis feature is unable to detect it while editing your page. Since it comes with your theme, the code in the link we have provided cannot be used for that.
Moreover, the SEO score is only for your reference and doesn’t affect the actual SEO performance of your site. If you feel any of them don’t apply to your page or you have already done them, you can safely ignore them as search engines test the live version of your site.
You may also use this filter to disable that test in Rank Math:
