If the credit count is correct on the website but not on your WordPress admin area, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
2. Click on “Disconnect” and then “Reconnect” your Rank Math account.

After reconnecting your account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one.
