Sitemap is not submitting in search console

4. Ensure the Sitemap is Located in the Root Folder: If you manually created the sitemap, ensure it is installed in the root folder of your WordPress installation.

5. Ensure Your Posts Are Set to Index: Make sure that your posts are set to index in the Rank Math SEO settings.

6. Flush the Cache: If it looks like your sitemap is outdated, you need to flush the sitemap cache.

7. Exclude the Sitemap From Caching: Ensure that your sitemap is not being cached.

We’ve checked your sitemap and looks like it is working properly without any issues. In this case, please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Once done, clear your website cache, remove all the submitted sitemap, and resubmit only the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

We tested your sitemap using this tool: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html and no issues were detected (see image link in the Sensitive Data Section).

Please confirm that you removed all the submitted sitemaps in the Google Search console, and resubmitted only the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

If you did and the error persists, please remove the submitted sitemap again and add ?sitemap=1 and click SUBMIT:
