Your documentation suggests WP Rocket. It is now deprecated.
Your documentation also suggests W3 Total Cache. Install fails after many attempts over a two day period.
Your documentation suggests code for .htaccess on Apache. My server is a Windows Server 2022 (IIS). Do you think that same code will work in the .htaccess file on my Windows server?

  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with caching plugins and your server configuration. The code provided for the .htaccess file is specifically for Apache servers, and it may not work as expected on a Windows Server running IIS.

Since you are using a Windows Server 2022 with IIS, the .htaccess file is not used for configuring server settings. Instead, you would need to make similar changes in the web.config file for IIS.

I recommend reaching out to our support team by clicking here and assigning the ticket to our team. We will be able to provide you with the correct configuration settings for your Windows Server 2022 (IIS) environment.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

Could you please share the affected website URL so we can check as well?

Meanwhile, if your server is using the newer implementation called cache-control, then our system will not be able to detect those.

In such cases, you can simply ignore the error on the SEO Analysis report as it won’t have any negative impact on SEO.

    Looking forward to helping you.

I’ll check to see if cache-control is implemented on my server.

    Hello,

Sure, let us know how this goes.

You may also ask your web host for assistance applying the expires header on your site.
