To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once you are logged in, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/.
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

If the credit count is correct but not displaying on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and then disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are screenshots for reference:

After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.
Content AI works just as perfectly in the Free version as it works in the PRO. We can see that the Content AI subscription is already applied to your account.
So if it is not yet functional on your site it will likely be an issue with the syncing of information between your site and Rankmath.com. Usually disconnecting and reconnecting to RankMath should fix it.
If you have followed the steps given by the bot to reconnect your account and you still do not have the units reflected, you can navigate to WordPress Dashboard > General Settings > Content AI scroll down, and click the reload icon.
