    Hello!

    I bought a subscription including Monthly Credits: 7500. I didn’t use an in November, but is says – You don’t have any credits left.

    What do I do wrong?

    We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with your Content AI credits. It seems that there might be a misunderstanding regarding how the credits work.

    Unused words or credits in a given month will not carry over to the following month and will expire/renew at the same time. This means that any unused credits from November will not roll over to December.

    Does my plan include 7500 credits each month?

    If yes, where are they? I didn’t use any in November.

    My second question – I don’t have access to Content AI now. There is a pop-up window with info about Supercharge Your Content With AI and I can’t close or remove it. How can I send the picture?

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We can confirm that you still have 7500 credits available to use.

    Please install or update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
