    In the old web hosting my website’s rank math is fine and good, it shows the all data

    but when I transfer my website to new hosting

    DASHBOARD / ANALYTICS –> it can not show anything

    and the Dashboard of wordpress Rank math Overview is all empty

    I already try to connect google account many times and reconnect, and my google search Console still show my website fine..

    Also I google many times, and I try to DASHBOARD / TOOLS –>Rebuild Index for Analytics –> it show “Error”

    Who can help me? please thank you so much

    Hello,

    We clicked the button to manually fetch the data from Google and it has now started fetching the data and will soon appear on your site:

    Rank Math automatically fetches these data from Google using the Cron Jobs. The cron jobs on your site appear to not be functional. If you want to use the WordPress cron kindly confirm that disable wp-cron is false in the wp-config.php file. Otherwise, you can setup proper server cron Jobs for your site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-wp-cron-in-wordpress-and-set-up-proper-cron-jobs/. You can also contact your host provider to assist you with that.

    hello there I already put the password in Sensitive Data again
    I try to change the php setting, it doest work
    and I try to delete rank math plugin and I delete the rank math database and reinstall rank math again
    I try many ways, and I ask my web hosting for help many times but they told me find the plugin developer

    Hello,

    To resolve this issue please check your site’s configuration if some PHP values are too low and need to be increased.

    This can cause your analytics dashboard to be blank or grey. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values (if not yet):

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

    Once done, please reconnect Rank Math with your Google account and grant all the necessary permissions.

    Meanwhile, we logged in to your site using the provided access details provided and we can replicate the error while using the Rank Math troubleshooting tools.

    In order to fix this issue, we would need your FTP login details. Please include your FTP details in the sensitive data section as well.

    If you don’t know your FTP login details, you can contact your hosting provider and ask them to provide it to you.
