Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the Rank Math Analytics tab after transferring your website to a new hosting provider. It seems like the data is not populating correctly in the Analytics section, and you’ve already tried reconnecting your Google account and rebuilding the index for Analytics.
Based on the information you’ve provided, it seems like there might be an issue with the connection between Rank Math and your Google account or with the indexing process. To address this, we can take a few steps to troubleshoot the issue.
Firstly, please ensure that you don’t have any filters present that are appending domain names to URLs in your Google Analytics settings. This can sometimes cause issues with data retrieval.
Next, we can try refreshing the authorization tokens by following these steps:
-
Delete Rank Math App permissions from your Google Account by visiting this link.

-
Recreate missing database tables by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools and clicking the Re-create Tables button.

If you still encounter issues after following these steps, please navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click the Test Connections option to check if there are any errors in the connection between Rank Math and your Google account.
If the issue persists, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.
We clicked the button to manually fetch the data from Google and it has now started fetching the data and will soon appear on your site:

Rank Math automatically fetches these data from Google using the Cron Jobs. The cron jobs on your site appear to not be functional. If you want to use the WordPress cron kindly confirm that disable wp-cron is false in the wp-config.php file. Otherwise, you can setup proper server cron Jobs for your site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-wp-cron-in-wordpress-and-set-up-proper-cron-jobs/. You can also contact your host provider to assist you with that.
Let us know how this goes. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
Thank you.

Hello,
To resolve this issue please check your site’s configuration if some PHP values are too low and need to be increased.
This can cause your analytics dashboard to be blank or grey. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values (if not yet):
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
Once done, please reconnect Rank Math with your Google account and grant all the necessary permissions.
Meanwhile, we logged in to your site using the provided access details provided and we can replicate the error while using the Rank Math troubleshooting tools.
In order to fix this issue, we would need your FTP login details. Please include your FTP details in the sensitive data section as well.
If you don’t know your FTP login details, you can contact your hosting provider and ask them to provide it to you.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we attempt to resolve this issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
