Content AI credits are missing

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, please navigate to Rank Math > Account > Websites or visit this URL: Rank Math Account

Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the steps for reference:

After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refreshing the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
