You can enable the Image SEO module by navigating to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Images, and toggle the Add missing ALT attributes to add the filename of your images as the ALT attribute automatically.

Rank Math only identifies images directly placed within the content of posts or pages.

It doesn’t identify images integrated by your WordPress theme or page builder or blocks in areas such as sliders, thumbnails, icons, headers, sidebars, or footers.

The functionality is specifically tailored for images directly embedded in your post content.
