To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. First, make sure you are logged in to the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI subscription.

2. Once logged in, please visit the Rank Math Account page by clicking on this link: Rank Math Account

3. On the Account page, you should be able to see your connected websites and the remaining Content AI credits. Please check if your website “mediaonemarketing.com.sg” is listed and if the credits are displayed correctly.

If you can see the correct remaining credits on the Rank Math Account page, but they are not showing up on your website, please follow these additional steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

2. Click on the “Disconnect Account” button to disconnect your Rank Math account.

3. After disconnecting, click on the “Connect Now” button to reconnect your Rank Math account.

4. Once reconnected, go to your Content AI section and refresh the credits count. This will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
