I have deactivated all site plugins leaving only DIVI theme and Rank Math active. I have not solved the problem!!!
I have updated wordpress, rank math, and tama DIVI, again I have not solved anything.
I would not know what to do anymore!

From the error log you shared, it seems that the history table for the IndexNow API is currently empty.
To get around the issue, please submit one URL of your website manually to the IndexNow API by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Instant Indexing and making sure you are submitting to the IndexNow API.
After that, you should be able to run the plugin without any issues.
