Can you please share more details about what happened after you updated the plugin? This would help us provide the most accurate information to resolve the issue. You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.
If you cannot access your WordPress admin, you can try logging in via FTP and navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename the Rank Math plugin folder seo-by-rank-math to something else. This would deactivate the Rank Math plugin and if Rank Math was causing the issue, then you’ll now be able to access your site.

I got heartbeat error just after updating the plugin. Now I deactivated it via File manager. Should I activate it now or anything else you suggest to avoid the error again that I faced.
