Problem with Analytics Search Console

Hello, I apologize for the issue you’re facing with the Search Console not showing your website in Rank Math Analytics. To solve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics in your WordPress dashboard.

2. Click on the Reconnect link to disconnect and reconnect your Google Account with Rank Math.

   

3. Once you’ve reconnected your Google Account, Rank Math will start fetching the data. Please note that it may take some time for the data to populate in the Analytics Dashboard, usually below 20 minutes.

4. If you notice any delays in retrieving Analytics data, you can check the connections between Rank Math and your Google account by clicking on the Test Connections option located at the top right of the Analytics settings.

   

5. If the data fetch still doesn’t happen, you can choose Update data Manually to manually update the data.

   

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, I recommend replying to your current ticket and providing them with the details of the problem you’re facing. A human agent from the Rank Math Support team will be able to assist you further.

You can skip the Google connection process in the Setup Wizard and after completing the setup please follow this guide to remove Rank Math App from your Google account and after that, please try to reconnect it again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics with all the required permissions: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token

Also, please make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

Regarding the Test Connection button, please note that this option only appears when you’re on the Advance Mode of the plugin. If you are not able to find this button in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, please try to switch to Advance Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/
