    Hello, for some reason my credits are not showing on both my websites. This seems to have happened after I cancelled my Pro subscription even though they’re separate.

    If your credits are not showing on both of your websites after canceling your Pro subscription, there might be a disconnect between your Rank Math account and the websites. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account.
    2. Once logged in, click on the “Websites” tab. Your Content AI credits should be displayed at the top of the screen.
    3. If your credits are visible, proceed with the following steps. However, if your credits are missing, there may be a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts. In that case, please contact our support team to merge both accounts or transfer your credits to the email connected to your account. Make sure to include the invoice you received from FastSpring.com in the “Sensitive Data” section so that our support team can assist you promptly.

    If your credits are visible in your Rank Math account, but not on your websites, please follow these additional steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Rank Math SEO → Help.
    2. Click on Disconnect Account to disconnect your Rank Math account.
    3. After disconnecting, click on Connect Now to reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Once you have reconnected your Rank Math account, please refresh the credits count on your Content AI page to ensure that the plugin requests the updated credits from our server and displays the correct count.

    No, you cannot purchase the Content AI plan twice and accumulate credits. Each purchase of the Content AI plan provides a specific number of credits based on your subscription level. If you need additional credits, you can purchase them separately from the pricing section on the Rank Math website.

    Upon checking we could see that your website is not connected to the Rank Math Account.

    Could you please try reconnecting the account and refresh the credits by following the steps below :

    Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits over here:
    http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites.

    If you can see the correct number of credits as suggested above then this is a problem with the syncing of information between your Rank Math Account and your website.

    Reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this, so you can follow the steps suggested below:

    1 . You can connect your account again https://bassmasterselite.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math&view=help . In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    2 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account (FREE in your case) and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    3 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI scroll down and click on the refresh icon to refresh the credits.

    I have tried connecting and disconnecting loads of times Ite connected now but still no credits??

    Hello,

    Your current AI credit balance is 5086/5000. Meaning, you have used up all your credits for this month.

    You would need to wait for next month for your credits to replenish or you can upgrade your credits plan.

    When do my credits replenish?

    Hello,

    The Content AI credits are usually replenished same day it was purchased every month. Meaning if you initially purchased it on the 25th of the month, every 25th the credits will be refreshed and replenished. You should be able to see the subscription and thus refill date here, https://rankmath.com/my-account/subscriptions/?tab=cai-subscription.

    I still have not credits there must be an email mismatch like you have explained.

    Upon checking we could see that when we refresh the credits using the refresh icon a message pops up saying :

    You've used up all available credits from the connected account.
