    Hi Robert,

Thanks for your info, I have checked on the Google search console:
    * It says Ownership verification – You are a verified owner
    * Property added to account – November 2, 2023
    * Dont see any errors
    * Review the Rank Math settings and all necessary options ( 7 of them) are enabled for data to be collected.
    * So I shall wait a day or 2 and see if it works. Thanks.

And please advise if I need to check anything else. I shall get back to you in 2 -3 Days time.

    Thanks again!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math. We are sorry for the delay in response and any inconvenience caused.

If there are still no results for your site in the Search Console, please follow the steps below to fix this issue.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the Rank Math plugin installed on your site. You can check the latest version here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

Once you have updated the plugin, please follow these steps to reconnect Rank Math with your Google account and grant all the necessary permissions:

    1. First of all, check to make sure that you have a verified Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties, if not follow the attached link to create one.
    2. Please make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
    3. If you already have verified properties and you’re still unable to connect them, follow these steps

    4. Go to your Google account settings and click on Security.
    5. Scroll down to the section called Third-party apps with account access and click on Manage third-party access.
    6. Find Rank Math in the list of apps and click on it.
    7. Click on Remove access and confirm your action.
    8. Go back to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
    9. Click on Disconnect Account and then click on Connect again.
    10. Follow the instructions to sign in with your Google account and allow Rank Math to access your data.

You can also refer to this guide for more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token

We hope this resolves the issue for you. If you still face any problems or have any questions, please let us know. We’re always here to help.

Check that you have connected RankMath to your Google Search Console account, verified ownership of your site, submitted your sitemap, and waited 24 hours for Google to index your site. If that doesn’t work, check for robots.txt blocking, Google penalties, and site accessibility. If you’re still stuck, contact RankMath support.

    Hello,

We logged in to your site using the provided access details in the sensitive data section.

We can see that you are yet to connect your website to either the Google Search Console or Google Analytics with all the necessary permissions.

Firstly, head to your Google account and remove Rank Math permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

After that please navigate to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General settings > Analytics > and from there click on the “reconnect” link. Don’t forget to provide all required permissions to Rank Math.

Here’s a link on how to connect your Google Account with Rank Math properly: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/

Also, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    Prefix

You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

    Hi Adetayo,

Thanks for your help; now i am able to see my website: shoppingbudbud.com under the Search Console but it shows nothing under “Analytics” it shows nothing in the dropdown, may I ask if you could go to my site to take a look please?

FYI, Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Analytics is enabled

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Could you please confirm if you have already created a GA4 property for your website?

If not yet, please visit this page (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/) and sign up for a Google Analytics account and property, then reconnect your Google Account so the new Analytics account will reflect.

If you have already created the GA4 property, then please add your FTP login details in the sensitive data section so we can investigate the issue further.

You may get in touch with your web host if you’re unsure about the FTP credentials of your site.

    Looking forward to helping you.
