Cannot link the Rank Math Ai to my website

Hello,

I just bought the Rank Math Ai this morning, but I am having trouble in setting it up. I have disconnected my website and reconnected it, but it doesn’t seem to find the subscription on my account. It keeps showing that I have 0 credits. But on my account I seem to have 700 credits? I had eventually found the walkthrough on your website, but I had done all of that previous.
