WordPress plugin not working

For my most recent two articles, the Rankmath plugin isn’t capturing data correctly. It’s not recognizing my keywords (says they’re not found at all, despite being throughout the article as exact matches, at the beginning, in H2, and throughout), the word count isn’t correct (gives a 0 score, even though they’re more than 600 words), its not recognizing internal or external links.

I’ve tried clearing cache, deleting and re-typing my keywords into the sidebar, and I’ve checked back over several days, but no change.

My site does have Otter blocks plugin that I’ve had for a long time. This issue just started with my last two posts. One isn’t published yet. This one is: https://www.healthylifewithandrea.com/what-is-functional-nutrition

    Hello,

This appears to be an issue with the Otter – Page Builder Blocks & Extensions for Gutenberg Pro that you are using, we suggest contacting the plugin/theme developer to inform them about the issue. We have informed users with similar issues to do likewise. They might already have a solution for this.

You can also share this guide with them: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

Hope this helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.
