Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
If you are importing your redirection via CSV, please share a copy of the CSV you are trying to import with us. If you are adding a single redirection, please share a screenshot of the redirection rule so we can help investigate the issue.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Meanwhile, please confirm if you’re redirecting https or WWW or the homepage itself.
We have asked since Rank Math cannot be used to create a redirection from your root domain/homepage and from one variation of the website to the other (HTTP/HTTPS and WWW/non-WWW).
If you’re creating those, then we suggest getting in touch with your web host so they can apply the redirect properly.
You may also share the redirect so we can test it on our end. Please share the source, type, and destination of the redirect.
