I have already removed details from the google console and erased my cache but nothing changes

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
To change the account shown on Rank Math’s analytics settings, you will have to disconnect and reconnect your Google service.
Head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:

Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services. Please check my screenshot below for reference.
