Please add my credits

    Good evening,

    Hours ago I bought a subscription to Content AI
    [moved to sensitive data section]

    I want to start using this asap but my credits do not show in my Rankmath account online nor in my WordPress (plugin) dashboard for Rankmath.
    Did I do something wrong?
    I even reconnect my account on Rankmath inside WordPress to make sure it is connected to the email address below
    Please advise me on this issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. We are sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Please ensure that your Rank Math plugins are already updated to their latest version:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    Please make sure you have toggle Content AI in Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Content AI.

    Please make sure you have logged in with the correct email you used to purchase Content AI. If the issue still persists, please follow these steps:

    1 . Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . Once all the above steps are done you might need to refresh the credits again this time to start using Content AI.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Hi Caleb,

    thank you for your instructions.
    I did as mentioned
    – Remove Rank Math Transients (saw the numbers showing up that were rmeoved)
    – disconnected
    – reconnected RankMath
    but this does not seem to change my credits as they are still zero in the plugin (and 7500 in my RankMath account online).

    Please notice that when reconnecting to RankMath I can not choose any Agency/Business/Pro account as shown in your pictures.
    I am using RankMath free account together with a paid plan for the Content AI. That is correct and possible, right?

    Sorry, even after my refresh, now all seems to have fallen into place.
    I see my credits and can start working with them.
