I have created a test post and when updating the keywords in Rank Math, Rank Math is sending a POST query to the WordPress site and it is returning a 403 error:
POST https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta 403
You should contact your hosting support to check what is blocking those requests.

My host adjusted some file settings so it may be worth trying again. They also asked for your “bot’s IP” and said,
“ 403 error is because of the IP block
HTTP 403 is a HTTP status code meaning access to the requested resource is forbidden for some reason.
The only reason to get those error is when the IPs get blacklisted”
Not sure what to make of that. Thanks!

Please ask them to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.98 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.
