Article content not recognized by Rank Math

    Good evening,

I’ve just updated my website by putting my pre-production online.

For some reason, the content of each of my blog posts already written is no longer recognized by Rank Math, whether they are published, in draft or awaiting review.

This means I can no longer track their optimization via the indicators provided. Even the articles that appear in green as being well optimized on the WordPress page for viewing all articles have this defect when I edit them.

In the example shown here (https://imgur.com/a/ffY5xfo), the content is clearly not recognized. The length of the text is not displayed, yet the main keyword used in and at the beginning of the content appears in red. The same applies to alternative image text, keyword density and internal and external links.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this error?

    Best regards,
    Benoit

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We attempted to log into your website with the login credentials provided in the sensitive data section. However, we observed that the login page redirects to the homepage after we put in the login details – username and password.

However, you can try and fix the issue by following the simple process below.

To update the SEO score from your pages, head over to your WordPress Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button.

If you are not seeing this option, ensure that you have enabled advanced mode to see the Database Tools tab.

    Rebuild

Once done, Rank Math will start to re-index your pages and update the data in Overall Optimization.

Please check the post list page and see if the SEO scores and other information are updated.

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried your procedure, but unfortunately the result is still the same.

I’ve just corrected the bug that caused the redirection after you’ve logged in. You can try again.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
    Benoit

    Hello,

We deeply apologize for the delay in response.

We checked your website and we can see the issue is occurring because of the Bricks Builder you’re using on your website. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.

According to Bricks Builder, they have already integrated our Content Analysis API in their plugin but as the issue is still occurring on your pages, we suggest you get in touch with their support and inform them so they can improve the integration to fix it.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I will contact Bricks support. I’ll keep you informed.

On the other hand, I hadn’t given you my agreement to deactivate themes and extensions on a site in production…

    Have a nice day.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

Sure, let us know how this goes.

Regarding the troubleshooting steps, we have used the Health Check Plugin so it won’t affect your live site while switching theme/disabling plugins.

    Looking forward to helping you.
