    Hi,

I am using the following shortcode recommended by RankMath to display my Local business info in the footer on my website. It seems the map is set to a default size. Can you tell me how to change the size of the map to make it smaller? Specifically, show me an example? Thank you.

    [rank_math_contact_info show="name, address, phone, map"]

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

Apologies for the delay as we currently have a high volume of tickets here in our support forums.

You can add the map_height and/or map_width to adjust the size of the map. Here’s a sample shortcode you can customize:

    [rank_math_contact_info show="name, address, phone, map" map_height='50px' map_width='50px']

For more information about these attributes, you may refer to our guide here:

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

Thank you. For some reason this code didn’t work for changing the size of the map on my website. However, I am building with Elementor, so maybe that has something to do with it? However, I found another solution. I left the “map” out of this, and embedded a map another way that had a working changeable size. Thank you for trying to help though.

    Hello,

The shortcode we’ve shared above should work but as it is not working on your website, if you want, you can edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
