1. Rank Math does not have any option to manage/modify your sidebar. Usually, those are controlled by your theme provider.
However, can you please take a screenshot of the section you are referring to so we can confirm that? You can upload screenshots using this tool and add the link here.
2. Please ensure that you have already enabled the Author archives in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Authors, and also set its robots to index

Sorry for the late response, but I’ve uploaded two screenshots to imgur as you’ve requested, one being the sidebar that we’d like to be able to change the wording of in the post edit screen and the second being the titles and meta authors settings page where I believe the settings are set properly. We still aren’t seeing authors in the sitemap however.

1. The Rank Math SEO Metabox is completely written in ReactJS which is JavaScript framework. The normal translations won’t apply here and need to go through the WordPress translation project via .po and .mo files.
Those are translations for JavaScript files and they are updated differently and require that you have the data updated in the WordPress translation project here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/seo-by-rank-math/
2. Could you please share the affected author URL that is not getting included in your sitemap? You can add it in the sensitive data section.

We aren’t having issues with any specific user but rather there is not a specific sitemap FOR authors vs including just inline with articles that we can find.

In this case, please follow the steps to flush the sitemap cache (if not yet):
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I tried clearing the cache following the instructions you provided, but it didn’t seem to work so I’ve updated the sensitive data as requested to include a login for our dev site where we are testing the plugin. As for the FTP login, we are currently using wpvip and they do not give FTP access, so I am unable to provide that information.

I’ve installed the laravel DD plugin like requested, but I believe the wp filemanager plugin will not work due to the limitations on the file system access in WPVIP: https://docs.wpvip.com/technical-references/plugin-incompatibilities/ . Would giving you access to our github repo work instead?

Sorry for the delay, I’ve updated the sensitive data to include a google drive link to a backup of the database which you can use. My boss did want me to make sure you deleted the database once finished, just in case.
Also that wiki link is outdated as of our move to wpvip so shouldn’t be necessary to your setup.
