I understand that, but it just took away those credits without even doing anything. Just by the fact that I opened an already-written post even before I made any changes to it
Is this really all you have to say? Are the credits that just vanished going to be replaced? I understand I get charged for using them, but just for the fact that I opened a post and then suddenly the credits were gone.

Thank you for your understanding.I’ve been trying to figure out what really happened, but I can’t come to a conclusion.On your website, it stated the 5000 credits, and then when I opened the blog post to work on it, suddenly those 1200 credits were gone without any editing whatsoever. Since then, I have been working on other posts, and everything is working well.
