Incompatibility With my WordPress Site

We have been able to log in to your website using the credentials provided in the sensitive data section.

We discovered that toggling off the SEO Control in the Titles & Meta settings solves the issue.

It is possible that the theme that is generating the Stores category or taxonomy is created without using the WP standards. They are creating their own description meta field and since our plugin wasn’t able to read that, we generated our own description field.

We tested this on our end by creating a custom taxonomy for a CPT using the CPT UI plugin and we can’t replicate this issue as our plugin sees the standard description field.

With that said, since this issue does not happen when Yoast is enabled, I have shared this ticket with our development team to check further. We should get back to you with advice or solutions.

Please enable the Beta update by following this:

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.
