Hi there. I have been advised to open a support ticket for this issue. Can you advise on how I can solve this? Missing field URL logo and some other issues that are optional, but it’s all should be available and I can’t find a way to do it. Please advise.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Missing field URL logo
For initial troubleshooting, please update or input the logo on your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO > Logo and URL.
Also, ensure that the Local SEO module is enabled in Rank Math > Dashboard.
some other issues that are optional, but it’s all should be available
Can you please share an affected URL with us so we can debug it further?
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
Hi there, I have changed the logo where you advised, but the issue still persists. I have changed the logo under appearance as well, but that didn’t work either. I’m not sure what it could be. Please see this URL for the other errors: https://angliaikisokos.com/nhs-biztositasi-igazolas-beszerzese-lepesrol-lepesre-utmutato-a-kulfoldi-egeszsegugyi-bizonylatok-megszerezesehez/
But please note that all of the articles have the same issues.
please adviseHi there, are we still connected?
Hi there, Could you please advise how I can sort this logo URL missing field issue to be able to be on rich search results and the rest of the issues with the structured data? How can I edit it or see if it is correctly visible? As in GSC, I can see it there, but for some reason it is coming back with an error from Google. please advise. thank you
Hello,
Apologies for the delay as we prioritize older tickets, and whenever you post a reply here, your ticket is getting bumped to the top.
Regarding the issue, there are duplicate article schemas and organization schemas being applied to the page you have shared upon testing it with Google’s Rich Results test tool. Also, the missing logo error is coming from the duplicate schema.
Please refer to the screencast added in the sensitive data section where the first article schema is generated by Rank Math. The other schemas may have been generated by one of your plugins or active theme.
In this case, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Hope that helps.
Hi there, I have tried the method you suggested but have been unsuccessful. I changed the theme, activated and deactivated plugins, tested again, and came back with the same issue every single time. 1 thing though is that how would Google show different results in their rich snippet test tool when the website is in troubleshooting mode and we don’t make any changes to the live site as it suggests when entering this mode? However, I have tested many things on the live website too, without any success. Upon testing the website after each change, the issue is still there (7 items detected. Some are invalid. Invalid items are not eligible for Google Search’s rich results.) I have untoggled the JSON LD under the customize menu, I have deactivated the JNEWS JSON LD plugin, I have deactivated the schema and structured data for the WP plugin (we had a separate plugin for that; I don’t know why), I have disabled the better robot txt plugin, and I have activated and deactivated the Yoast SEO plugin as well, but the issue is still there.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Okay, thank you for your answer I will do this first thing tomorrow morning
Hello,
Sure, we will keep this ticket open for you.
In the meantime, do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have added the sensitive info as requested. I just checked today in the google tool and now it shows “No items detected No rich results detected in this URL.” maybe I switched off something before that I shouldn’t have now i don’t know
Hello,
You have turned off the Schema module in our plugin which is why there’s no schema on your website. We have gone ahead and turned it back on.
After the Schema is up again and your site’s caches have been cleared, the schema can be seen in the Rich Result Test without any issues. Please refer to this test: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=NOdfrUc6RNeCAS4cKt28nQ
In this case, there may be another plugin that is contributing to the current issue.
We also noticed that your site is heavily cached so every time you make some changes on your website, the Rich Result Test won’t be able to see it.
We suggest clearing your caches and checking again from your end.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need my assistance with anything else.
Oh, okay, thank you. I might have left it turned off when I was testing and found that nothing worked. I’m glad to hear that it is working fine during the testing. I turned off many plugins to test and I won’t turn them back on. One thing though is that I turned off the better robot txt plugin where my robot txt had a lot of things in it (I will add this to the sensitive data part) but now the robot txt looks very empty. Could you please confirm if I should add the original back or if it won’t make much of a difference?
Hello,
Thank you for your patience and for providing detailed information.
I’ve examined the changes to your robots.txt file and can advise on the best course of action.
The new robots.txt appears quite streamlined, which is generally fine for most sites, as it allows all user-agents to crawl the site while restricting access to the wp-admin area.
However, the old robots.txt file includes a few more specific directives that can be beneficial, depending on your SEO strategy and website needs.
The old file had Allow directives for various bots like Googlebot, Bingbot, etc. While these are not strictly necessary if you have a general Allow: / directive, they can be useful if you want to ensure that specific crawlers are not inadvertently blocked by any broader rules.
Disallowing paths like /wp-includes/, /readme.html, etc., is good practice to prevent unnecessary crawling of areas that users should not access.
The directives at the bottom of the old file are designed to block known spam vectors and clean up URL parameters that don’t need to be indexed. This can help prevent the crawling of duplicate content and spammy links.
If you’re not experiencing any immediate indexing or crawling issues, and your site’s content is being updated and indexed as expected, then the new robots.txt file should suffice.
However, if you wish to exert more fine-grained control, consider adopting some of the useful directives from your old file.
We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
Thank you for your reply. One more question regarding the schema: it was before showing 7 items detected but now it shows only 1 item detected. Why is that an issue? Should there be more or is it fine and I’m not missing out on anything? and a few weird things in the GSC as well. For example, the sitelinks searchbox had about 1500 valid items; now its almost 0, and the breadcrumbs same had about 1500 valid items; now its almost 0, and this missing field URL went to almost 0 as well, which seems to be sorted.
