I accidentally deleted my site’s sitemap from Search Console

Hello,
My name is Sharwan Bishnoi. I have a site name Nirogi Health. Before 20 days from me my site’s sitemap got deleted mistakenly in search console. After this my site’s traffic was lose and there is 0 traffic on my site, All posts ranking goes very down and some articles are go out from searching, Site has coming many issue and my 3 years old hard work is getting spoiled.
I resubmitted the sitemap but it did not solve the problem.
Now Please tell me What can I do.
Help me.
