Hello, I’ve been setting up the instant indexing plugin on my WordPress site following the documentation. I’ve followed all the steps, but when I try to send the URLs I want to index to the API, I get an “Error undefined” message. I’d like to know how to fix this, as it’s crucial for the proper indexing of the pages and blog entries on my site.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. We are sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Can you please confirm if you have other websites on the same server or are on shared hosting? If so, then there’s a possibility that other websites may be using up the quota.

Just to make sure this is not something with our plugin, please try using the plugin that Bing created for this purpose (https://wordpress.org/plugins/indexnow/) on the website, and if that is also failing, we can be sure it’s not only related to our plugin but with the submission on your website.

Also, please share the API key URL in the sensitive data section so we can check it further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
