ModSecurity
(ModSec) is disabled or they are not blocking any process of the plugin.You can also ask them to whitelist Rank Math’s routes for saving:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta /wp-json/rankmath/v1/saveModule

Hello, this is what they tell me from the server:
I have reproduced the problem from my side, but I have not yet been able to find any server records related to the problem.
Usually, if a problem occurs in an application and this is due to a server limitation or a security filter, a record will be left for that event.
However, in this situation we do not have any record of errors related to the problem. The records that are kept on our side are of the requests related to saving made from the application to the server and the requests received 200 OK Status.
I have also followed the processes generated when it is saved but I have not noticed anything out of the ordinary. In addition, the application’s response after the modification says that the operation has been completed:
Page: rank-math-options-titles
Settings-updated: true
Finally, according to my checks, a request had not been made to the following endpoints every time I tried to save the title:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/saveModule
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anything from our side that can solve the problem and please contact the support team of the plugin and tell them that nothing from our side is preventing it from being saved in the application.
Most likely, the application cannot correctly interpret special characters, such as ➤, so the new title is not saved in the database. But this should be reviewed by the plugin support team or a professional developer.

We were able to make changes and save Rank Math settings on your site successfully. The arrow type you tried to use as a separator may not be admissible at the moment. we, however, tried this ⇒ and it worked fine.

We have investigated this extensively on multiple sites and we were unable to replicate this issue. Since this issue is local to your site, we’d suggest you isolate Rank Math to see if it would work, i.e. uninstall all plugins except Rank Math and switch to a WordPress default theme, then try changing the separator character again to see if it works.
