Regarding Seo analyzer not showing the corrected homepage

    I ran the SEO analyzer test for my website. It showed some aspects to be corrected in my homepage. I did as suggested, and my rankmath seo score showed 91/100. After this I rechecked the seo analyzer and it is showing the same failed test results for the homepage. I flushed the seo cache as well. what is wrong? How to deal this?

    H2 Headings SEO analysis of the H2 headings on your page.No H2 tag was found on your homepage.
    Image ALT Attributes SEO analysis of the “alt” attribute for image tags. Some images on your homepage have no alt attribute. (1)
    Keywords in Title & Description SEO analysis of the HTML page’s Title and meta description content.
    No page description found on the page.
    These are the issues that I fixed yet comes us failed tests.
