Hello. After auto-updating the General setting tab is selectively appearing with all of its components.
When it does appear in its entirety, most often everything below the “This post is Pillar Content” checkbox disappears when I attempt to edit the “snippet.”
Before opening a ticket I searched your site. I followed the directions given to others with this problem. I installed the “Health” plugin and entered the troubleshooting mode. I could not replicate the problem after enabling the plugins one by one and my theme (Astra Pro).
After turning off “troubleshooting” the problem still exists.
It worked beautifully before the update. I really love your plugin when it functions properly, I hope this can be resolved. Thank you.

I think we would need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
