Can you please confirm if you want to redirect from /%postname%/ to /%category%/%postname%/? If so, then unfortunately, it is not possible to do with regex redirection. If you change the permalink structure of your website then WordPress should automatically redirect the old structure to the new permalinks with the category.
In case, WordPress doesn’t do that then you’ll have to set individual redirection for each of your post URLs.
