We have looked into this extensively but we could not find anywhere that a 7-day return policy is specified in your product schema or any other schema on that page.
However when we checked on Google, both with the site: operator and keyword – we were not able to replicate this issue as Google is not showing the 7-day return text to us. Here are some screenshots:
There’s a good chance the delivery fee and return policy information are coming from somewhere else, like your Merchant Center or Search Console settings. We would advise you to review these places to be sure this information is not coming from there.

Now im even more confused lol
Our merchant center company is saying it was from a schema.
And I was able to replicate the price and return on my personal computer.
I will check through the search console now. I will follow up if I find something.
Merchant Center doesn’t have the return policy setup and in google search console its saying all our products “Missing field “hasMerchantReturnPolicy” (optional)” but google is getting the information from somewhere. If you have any other ideas I’d be grateful but otherwise I would say its resolved for you guys

We can also verify that the product schema does not have any return policy (hasMerchantReturnPolicy):

In this case, you can use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account and request indexing of the page again.

I tried that and waited a few days but its still showing. The re-indexing even said that it was missing the merchant return policy.
I guess google wants us to have 7 day returns…
Sure is annoying that i cant ask google where its getting this info from.

This Return Policy is not coming from any of Rank Math’s services. We have checked the schema Rank Math generates and none of those rich contents are included in it.
We’d advise a thorough review of your settings to see where this is coming from, specifically your Search Console and Merchant Center accounts. You can also post on the Google Webmaster forum to see if they have any suggestions.
