Also, the tag will depend on the default site language you have set up in WordPress. You can find it on your WordPress dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language

I got this but still, I didn’t get the solution.
We want to make our site multilingual which is the best plugin to do so along with rankmath.
We want to target different pages in different locations. And for that, I’m looking to make only some specific pages multilingual.
Want to add “lang=en” on the specific pages. And want to create some pages that a multilingual and should have tags like “fr-fr” (france-french)
Is it possible with rankmath pro?

The lang attribute is usually added by the theme provider in the header file that gets loaded on the website.
Most themes use the function language_attributes() to do this.
If for some odd reason, the current theme you have is not adding that, you can add it manually to the header file of the theme inside the HTML tag.
Unfortunately, Rank Math cannot add the tag on your site as it needs to be done by your theme.
For multilingual pages, the attribute should be hreflang, which is added by multilingual plugins like WPML to the translated pages so Google can figure out that a particular page is a translated version of another page on your website.
