The title is updated when edited(check screencast in the sensitive section) but the data is not refreshing on the preview after updating. The Title data is still saved in your page meta and if you check your page source in the front end you will find everything set right.
This however only affects the post when the custom layout option is enabled. If you disable this option, you will note the tile preview refreshes perfectly

I have created a duplicate page to test this and it still doesn’t work. If I change the title then yes it appears. Once I exit the page/post and go back in it vanishes again.
Toggling the use custom layout made no difference.

We did some troubleshooting and it looks like the issue occurs when your Elise theme is enabled.
If you use any other theme, there is no issue which means there is a compatibility issue with Elise.
If you are using the latest version of the theme, could you please contact your theme developer ask them to take a look at this?
The FloThemes team had added the compatibility for Rank Math last time we checked but we are not sure if it applies to all the theme they have.
Could you please check with them once and then let us know what they say?
