For initial troubleshooting, please check your site’s configuration if there are some PHP values that are too low and which you should increase. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values (if not yet):
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
If the issue still persists, could you please check if there are any Javascript errors in your browser console upon logging in using Chrome?
You can take a screenshot of it as well so we can check.

From the screenshot you shared, it is getting a 500 internal server error.
5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.
Can you please share the website error log with us? Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

From the error log, the issue is coming from the featured image you have selected.
It will cause issues if the image you’re using doesn’t have all the necessary info to be set as the og:image.
Please try updating the image with our recommended size and format, and check again if the issue still persists.
