Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
The Q&A schema is intended only for bbPress at the moment as our plugin adds it automatically to your topic pages. Please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/qapage-schema/
At the moment, the Q&A schema is not available as a standalone schema for other pages/posts that are not coming from bbPress. If you wish to apply this schema to outside bbPress, you may need to make use of our advanced schema editor, import the Q&A schema structure and apply it to the desired page.
Here are some ways to import a schema to generate a custom schema for a page:
From URL: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-schema-from-url/
Json-ld: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-schema-markup/
HTML: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-schema-from-html/
After importing, you can then customize the Q&A schema to your liking.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
now i don’t know how to do it
can you guide me to add Q&A Schema for questions and Q&A page automaticly
as in this photo https://imgur.com/a/Ri2BZRU
and please check my website and tell me what should i do to my website
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
We’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Regarding the schema, the Q&A Schema is not included in our pre-defined schema, so it won’t appear in the screenshot you have shared.
The only way Rank Math will add the Q&A schema automatically is by using the BBPress plugin on your site as mentioned above.
If you’re not using that plugin, then you may need to create a custom schema using the Rank Math Schema Generator:
https://rankmath.com/kb/schema-generator/
You’ll need to use the properties from https://schema.org/QAPage, once the schema is created, save the Schema, go to the Code Validation tab, and test it with Google:
https://validator.schema.org/
Hope that helps.
