Thank you for the assistance. So i followed your instruction and managed to log into the rankmath site and changed the email to a****@f*************** as well as updated the password and it worked. Last question is should I disconnect and reconnect from wordpress and login in again within wordpress considering ive changed the email and password?

We are glad that the issue was resolved for you. While changing the email and password on your Rank Math Account should not hurt the sync and connection between Rank Math and your site, it might still be a good idea to disconnect and reconnect. You can do that from Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
