Breadcrumb shortcut is generating two homepage icons

There seems to be another plugin or theme that is adding that icon. Can you please test if enabling the default theme removes that issue? You may follow this guide so your users will not be affected: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
