    You’re right, the tickets on the FREE forums are public and anyone can view them. That’s why we always advise you to share sensitive data only in the Sensitive Data Section, which is private and encrypted. The data in this section is also cleared when the ticket is marked as resolved.

    However, this is not the case for the PRO forum, where only you and our support team can see your tickets. No one else can access them by changing the URL slug.
