Rank math shows 2 month old data not updated

For initial troubleshooting, let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch.

Please try to follow the guide below:

Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button, and then click the Update Data Manually.

This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

Following the above steps should fix the issue.

However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to the WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

Then, run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action, and wait for the data fetch to complete.

Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google, and you should be able to see the updated data.

In this case, please try to follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

1. First, add the following filter to your website:

add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.

Once the analytics log is generated, you can remove this from your website otherwise in every fetch Rank Math will generate the log on your website.
