Attempting to use AI: my request has failed

    I have not succeeded in using AI as I always get a “the request has failed”
    see attached

    I’ve had several emails go back and forth with Bhanu, but no success

    I have added the access to the site as per his suggestion.

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    did what you suggested and still I cannot use AI for the writing…see attached. I’ve given you access to the backend, will you please fix it?
