Content AI not working

    Hi,

    I subscribed for the new content AI, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work correctly on my site audioinspects.com.

    The former function for analyzing content still works perfectly. But, the chat, or any content generation constantly returns the following error message:

    Sorry, the request has failed. If the issue persists, please contact our Support for assistance.

    I hope you help me fix this issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
