Rankmath pro does not show in my account

    I just bought Rankmath Pro directly from my website WP plugin link, however it does not show into my account. [moved to sensitive data section].

    Please update my account so I can download it and install on my website.

    I’m sorry BUT, STILL Rankmath pro does not show in my account, which e-mail/login is (moved to sensitive data section [email 1])

    I Used my paypal account under [email 2] to pay the subscription. Your above instructions are useless.

    Would you please, get this resolved for me?

    I have the same problem – paid for RankMath Pro Business using PayPal about 2 hours ago and all I have in my account to download is the Free version even though my account shows I have a subscription for Pro Business.

    I’ve sent two support requests and heard nothing.
