    I noticed that my content AI credit disappeared without prior notice. I had 42 credits left and next thing its gone.

    I would like an explanation for this. If there is an upgrade, why won’t you let your clients know this? I would really like an explanation because all my 42 credits just disappeared

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with Content AI.

    As you might know, we recently released a revamped version of Content AI and you might need to refresh the credits to start using Content AI.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    It is still not working as I have done exactly as instructed. Anytime I click on refresh it gets back to zero (0).

    Hello,

    At the moment we don’t see any website connected to this account where the credits could be used.

    Please make sure that you connect to this account by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect if it shows connected and reconnect from the same path.
